super stay at hotel
helpful staff early check
my room overlooked hyde park it provided a quiet atmosphere despite the central location. i got an early check in since my room was available which was very convenient after a long journey.
the lifts were slow which sometimes led to crowded conditions i waited a few times the delays were noticeable especially during peak hours.

the hotel features a rooftop pool it offers views of the surroundings. the gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes. the meeting area seemed generally empty .

i stayed in a beautiful king room park view it had good space the bed was very comfortable the park view was excellent i found the room had what i needed. breakfast was complex i could choose various fresh options the location satisfied my expectations. the staff was nice the atmosphere was good the bed was very comfortable too

weak air conditioner missing replacements
The location was excellent.
The room was quite hot. The air conditioner struggled to keep up. Servicing of the room was also not great. Dirty towels were removed but replacements were not provided.

easy access excellent location stained table old room
The location offers easy access to transportation and nearby amenities.
I found the room to be quite dated. There were stains on the bedside table and mould around the bathroom sink which was disappointing. Servicing of the room was subpar. Dirty towels were removed but not replaced.
